Easy install. One screen was about the same brightness as the previous. The other was a little bluish. After adjusting the cable and resetting the iPod the color went back to normal.

Not as bright as I had hoped |

I received my screen last week and installed it with ease using a tutorial in ifixit.com. Unfortunately, the screen does not seem to be brighter than the original, and in fact seems a bit duller. I don't know if I got a dud or something, but I have had trouble contact customer support via email.

Ordered a new lcd for my ipod video from here and replaced it myself. It's a fairly easy installation. There's a lot of tutorials on youtube that are extremely helpful. This new lcd was a big improvement from the stock one. A lot more clear and so much more brighter that I actually turned down the brightness.
