How do I return an item & what is the process?
In the event that you have to return a product, you must first contact us to obtain authorization. We will promptly respond to your email, and we will do our best to sort out the situation so that your are completely satisfied with our transaction. We will email you back with specific shipping instructions. For our own quality control purposes, all serial numbers are recorded. Any item that is received without approval by us, may receive a partial refund with a 20% restocking fee subtracted, and ONLY if item is returned for a justifiable reason.
